Farid is my new idol. He told me that he use to be 100 over kg, and now he is only 60 over. Lyk OMG! Guess how long he took... 3 mths! How I wish I can be lyk him. 3 mths may seem short, but it is also very long. I have to control my diet and exercise regularly. How can? Maybe I shld really try. Then, I can go back to EXTREMES wit pride and be the best player. Awww...
